Diana Glassman has led Integration Strategy since 2005. ISI is a management consulting firm focused on energy, environment and sustainability. Energy and environmental clients include private equity firms, companies and governments.
ISI engagements have included leading an early stage algae company's response to DARPA's algae to jetfuel initiative, developing and implementing a company-wide sustainability strategy for an energy corporation – and concurrently leading the company's preparation for its initial public offering, helping a private equity firm refine the strategic plan for a global oil services company focused on horizontal drilling (of unconventional natural gas, etc.), evaluating opportunities to reduce carbon emissions of the Canadian oil sands, etc.
Diana Glassman has 20 years of strategy consulting, investment and business integration experience. Ms. Glassman spent 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Consulting and Transaction Services after having started her carrier at LEK Consulting, a global strategy consultancy, and in biotechnology. Ms. Glassman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Public Administration (International Political and Economic Development) from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from Yale. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
